　　Construction technology standard for curbstones

　　路緣石【curb】指的是設(shè)在路面邊緣的界石，簡稱緣石。它是作為設(shè)置在路面邊緣與其它構(gòu)造帶分界的條石,起到保障行人，車輛交通和保證路面邊緣齊整的作用，同時起到利于排除路面水的作用。

　　A curbstone refers to a boundary stone set at the edge of the road surface, abbreviated as a curbstone. It is a stone strip set at the edge of the road surface to separate from other structural zones, which plays a role in ensuring pedestrian and vehicle traffic safety, ensuring the smoothness of the road surface edge, and also helps to eliminate road water.

　　路緣石主要有:立緣石(側(cè)石)，平緣石(平石)、專用路緣石(包括彎道路緣石、隔離帶路緣石、反光路緣石、減速路緣石)等。路緣石宜用石材或混凝土制作。

　　2、混凝土路緣石質(zhì)量要求：

　　采用C30混凝土的立沿石，其成型的表面應(yīng)平整、棱角整齊、無裂紋、色澤一致。其外形尺寸應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求，允許偏差應(yīng)符合下表的規(guī)定。

　　The vertical edge stone made of C30 concrete should have a smooth surface, neat edges, no cracks, and consistent color. Its external dimensions should meet the design requirements, and the allowable deviation should comply with the provisions in the table below.

　　1、測量放線：

　　1. Measurement and laying out:

　　核對道路中心線無誤后，依次丈量出路面邊界，進行路邊線放樣，定出邊樁以控制方向和高程。直線段的邊樁與邊樁間可拉施工線作準繩，樁距為10m；曲線彎道及交叉路段均按設(shè)計半徑，加密邊樁，樁距為5m，路口樁距為1～5m，保證曲線圓弧尺寸。宜用全站儀、經(jīng)緯儀、水準儀測設(shè)。

　　After verifying the accuracy of the road centerline, measure the boundary of the road surface in sequence, set out the roadside lines, and determine the boundary stakes to control the direction and elevation. The construction line can be used as a guide between the edge piles of the straight section, with a distance of 10m between the piles; Curves, bends, and intersections are all reinforced with edge stakes according to the design radius, with a distance of 5m between stakes. The distance between stakes at intersections is 1-5m to ensure the size of the curve arc. It is advisable to use a total station, theodolite, and level to measure and set up.

　　2、路緣石安裝：

　　釘樁掛線后，沿基礎(chǔ)一側(cè)把路緣石依次排好。安裝路緣石之前，先支模澆筑100mm厚C15混凝土墊層，再拌制1：2砂漿鋪底，砂漿厚30mm，按放線位置安裝路緣石。

　　After nailing the stakes and hanging the lines, arrange the curbstones in sequence along one side of the foundation. Before installing the curbstone, first support the formwork and pour a 100mm thick C15 concrete cushion layer, then mix a 1:2 mortar base with a thickness of 30mm, and install the curbstone according to the layout position.

　　事先計算好每段路口路緣石塊數(shù)，砌筑時路段短時由一側(cè)路口切點安砌到另一側(cè)路口切點；路段長時由中間向兩端鋪砌與路口異型緣石順接。

　　Calculate the number of stones on the edge of each intersection in advance, and during masonry, the road section will be temporarily laid from the intersection point on one side to the intersection point on the other side; For a long period of time, the road section is paved from the middle to both ends and connected smoothly with the irregular edge stones at the intersection.

　　路緣石調(diào)整塊應(yīng)作機械切割成型或以現(xiàn)澆同強度等級混凝土制作，不得用磚砌抹面方式做路緣石調(diào)整塊，雨水口處的路緣石應(yīng)與雨水口配合施工,相鄰路緣石縫隙用8mm厚鐵板或塑料板控制，相鄰路緣石的縫隙應(yīng)均勻一致。

　　The whole piece of curbstone adjustment should be mechanically cut or made of cast-in-place concrete of the same strength grade. It is not allowed to use brick masonry and plastering to make the whole piece of curbstone adjustment. The curbstone at the rainwater inlet should be constructed in coordination with the rainwater outlet. The gap between adjacent curbstones should be controlled by 8mm thick iron or plastic plates, and the gap between adjacent curbstones should be uniform and consistent.

　　路緣石安裝后，必須再掛線，調(diào)整路緣石順直、圓滑、平整，對路緣石進行平面及高程檢測，當平面及高程超過標準時應(yīng)進行調(diào)整。無障礙路緣石應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求安裝。路緣石安裝合格后及時采用C15混凝土進行后背澆筑和水泥砂漿勾縫，以保證路緣石穩(wěn)定。采用濕法養(yǎng)生3天，其間應(yīng)防止碰撞。

When the level and elevation exceed the standard, adjustments should be made. Barrier free curbstones should be installed according to design requirements. After the installation of the curbstone is qualified, C15 concrete should be used for back pouring and cement mortar jointing in a timely manner to ensure the stability of the curbstone. Adopt wet health preservation for 3 days, during which collision should be prevented.
